Terms of service

These terms apply when lifkuru OÜ does work for a business (B2B). If the written proposal agrees something different, the proposal applies.

Effective from 06.11.2026. Version 1.

1. Parties

Contractor: lifkuru OÜ, registry code 17604498 (Estonian Commercial Register), Keldrimäe tn 2, 10144 Tallinn, info@lifkuru.com, +372 5802 7667. Client: the company that confirms our written proposal.

2. How the contract is made

First you describe the task in the form on the site or by email to info@lifkuru.com; if you prefer to talk, book a free 20-minute call. Then we send a written proposal: what we do, the fixed price, the deadline, the payment schedule, which AI service is used and where the data is processed.

The contract is concluded when you confirm the proposal in writing (an email is enough). The free sample, the call and the one-page plan do not oblige you to anything.

3. Price and payment

Prices of our services are published on lifkuru.com; the proposal states the fixed price of your work, which does not change after confirmation. Prices are final: lifkuru is not VAT-registered, no VAT is added.

Work under €1,500 is paid at the start. Larger work: 50% upfront, the rest by milestones; the milestones and how they are accepted are set out in the proposal. Care is paid monthly. The price of an audit is credited against the next project. The pilot terms (first five teams until 15.12.2026) are on the home page and apply as written there.

4. Deadlines

The deadline is stated in the proposal: for example “AI for your team” in five working days, other projects usually in 5–15 working days. The deadline runs from the moment we have the agreed access and materials.

5. Acceptance and fixes

Before the start we agree a checklist of what must work at the end. The work is accepted when the checklist items work and you have confirmed this in writing.

After launch there are 30 days of free fixes. In the pilot (first five teams until 15.12.2026) care is not charged until the processes run as agreed in the checklist.

6. Care and cancellation

Care is optional; its price is on lifkuru.com and it is charged from launch. What care includes (monitoring, fixes, updates, small changes) is stated on the site and in the proposal.

You can cancel care in any month: write to info@lifkuru.com. Templates, settings and the guide stay with you.

7. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, everything we made specifically for you is yours: templates, settings, guides, texts and code written for your task. You can use and develop them without us.

Our general tools and components that we use across projects remain ours or stay under their own licence (for example the open-source assistant github.com/lifkuru/site-assistant, MIT licence); you get the right to use them in your solution. Your data and documents remain yours.

8. Confidentiality and data

Whatever you give us for the work we use only for that work and do not disclose to third parties, except the processors named in the proposal and in the privacy notice. In every project we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28); we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before you send anything.

We name in writing, before work starts, which AI service is used and where the data is processed. In a working project the AI runs in your own account; you grant and revoke access yourself.

9. Liability

We answer for the result of the implementation under the contract: if what we built does not work as agreed in the checklist, we fix it. AI prepares drafts; your employee decides what goes to the customer. The client is responsible for decisions made on the basis of drafts and for the data it puts into the system.

Our total liability under one contract is limited to the amount paid under that contract (for care, the fees of the last 6 months). We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. The limit does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence. Third-party services (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and others) are the responsibility of their providers under their own terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

Estonian law applies to the contract. We first try to settle disputes by negotiation; if we cannot agree, the dispute is settled by Harju County Court.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A proposal already confirmed is governed by the version in force on the day of confirmation. We publish each new version on this page with its date.
