Sometimes, yes: EIS has measures for AI adoption and for software, and the windows open in rounds. We keep the current conditions and dates in the public register Ajastus, and we deliver grant projects turnkey.

Quotes from your templates and price list, contract checks against a checklist, email drafts in three languages. An employee presses a button, reads and sends.

Customer replies

A website assistant answers from your price list and catalogue around the clock, in the customer's language. When the answer is not in the data, it says so and hands over to a person.

Email and accounting

Orders from emails into the accounting system, receipts and invoices from clients into Uku, Merit or CostPocket, reminders about missing documents. No manual retyping.

Routine and reports

Meter readings, CMR documents, complaints, weekly summaries. If an action repeats every week, it can almost always be handed to AI.

Why now

According to Eurostat data for 2025, in Estonia 20.7 % of firms with 10–49 employees use AI, against 52.9 % of firms with 250 or more. The tools are the same for everyone; the difference is that in large firms someone has set them up. For a small firm in Tallinn that is exactly our job: to set up and teach, not to sell a licence.

Since 2026, Article 50 of the AI Act applies to bots and assistants: a customer must understand they are talking to AI. We build that disclosure into every project. Before work starts we name in writing which AI service is used and where it processes data, and on request we sign a non-disclosure and a data processing agreement.

A one-day audit: a map of 5–10 processes and an honest verdict on what to automate. Credited against the project; projects from €2,900.

Prices are final: lifkuru is not VAT-registered, no VAT is added. Prices do not change after the start. Pilot for the first five teams until 15.12.2026: three processes for €1,290 instead of €1,900, for an honest written testimonial 30 days after launch.

How we work

A 20-minute conversation. You describe the task; we say honestly where AI helps and where it does not.
A quote by email: fixed price and deadline. Under €1,500 is paid at the start; larger projects 50% upfront, the rest by milestones.
Result in 5–15 working days, 30 days of free fixes, then care or a checklist so you can run it yourselves.

In every project: a contract, a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR, AI use rules and a guide for staff.
