How do you make a quote draft from a price request or drawing with AI?
AI reads the customer's email or drawing, picks out the dimensions, materials and quantities, and puts together a quote draft with your prices in a few minutes; quantities and totals are computed by code from your price list, and your employee checks and sends it. What does AI do and what does a person do?
AI reads the request: an email, a PDF or a drawing. It writes down what the customer needs, picks the lines from your price list and writes the reply. Quantities and totals are computed by code, not by AI, so numbers are not made up.
Your employee reviews the draft, adjusts the price or deadline if they know something that is not in the documents, and sends it. The decision is always theirs.
How one request moves
- Arrived: the customer's email or drawing lands in the mailbox.
- Draft: AI picks out the data, code computes from your price list, and a quote appears in your template.
- Person: your employee checks the lines, edits if needed and presses send.
- Sent: a reply with your numbers and your template, in the customer's language.
What we need from you
The price list or calculation you use today, two or three old requests with their answers, and your quote template. If you have a CRM, ERP or your own costing program, it stays: the draft comes in your template or prepares data for your program.

- Does the AI make up the numbers?
- No. In the quote draft, quantities and totals are computed by code from your price list; AI reads the request and writes the text. Every line can be checked before sending. That is how our demo works too.
- Will it replace our estimator?
- No. Price and deadline are always their decision. The draft removes reading the e-mail and retyping the data. We run the pilot together with them.
- Can we try it on our own request first?
