How much does it cost to implement AI in a small firm?

lifkuru's prices are fixed and published: setting up ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude on your documents costs €990 for one process or €1,900 for three, a website assistant €1,490 plus €150/month, and automation for your task starts with a €490 audit and a project from €2,900. On top there is only the AI service subscription at the provider's price (usually €20–30 per user per month) and, if you want it, care (prices checked 06.11.2026).

A one-off setup, the AI service subscription and optional care. Our setup is a one-off; you pay the provider for ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude; care at €150/month can be cancelled in any month. There are no other payments.

What the AI subscription costs

You pay the provider for ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude at its price, usually €20–30 per user per month. The “AI for your team” package sets up the subscription you already have; for the assistant and automations we take care of hosting, which is part of care.

How to pay, and the pilot

We agree the fixed price in writing before the start, and it does not change. Under €1,500 is paid at the start; larger projects 50% upfront, the rest by milestones.

Pilot for the first five teams until 15.12.2026: three processes for €1,290 instead of €1,900, for an honest written testimonial 30 days after launch. Until the processes run as agreed in the checklist, care is not charged.
